What should I do if I see the prompt "USB-C Charging Port is Disabled. Liquid or debris has been detected..." on my Quest 3S headset?

You can try the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Please remove the USB-C adapter from the Quest 3S headset.
2. Use a clean cotton swab or cloth to clean the USB-C charging port on the Quest 3S headset and the USB-C male port of the adapter.
3. Reinstall the USB-C adapter onto the Quest 3S headset.

What should I do if I cannot charge my Quest 3S headset while using the Elite Strap?

You can try the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Please rotate the two arms of Quest 3S downwards until they reach the bottom.
2. Please lift the Quest 3S headset and then place it back on the charging cradle. Confirm that the headset's charging LED indicator is on.
3. Ensure that the soft rubber part on the back of the Elite Strap is positioned on the strap holder of the Carina D1S.

What should I do if I cannot charge my Quest 3S headset while using the Halo Strap?

You can try the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Please rotate the two arms of Quest 3S downwards until they reach the bottom.
2. If the strap is positioned high above the strap holder, you need to manually press down the strap to ensure it is correctly placed on the strap holder.

What should I do if the battery level of the controllers for the Quest 3 is not displayed as 100%?

1. When using the dock to charge the battery for the first time, there may be a situation where the battery status is not synchronized. Please try removing and reinstalling the battery to synchronize the battery status. (This is a one-time operation.)
2. It’s normal for Ni-MH batteries to show a lower voltage even when fully charged. This can cause the battery level displayed on your Quest 3S or in the app to appear less than 100%. However, rest assured that the batteries are fully charged. Despite this display, your batteries should provide over 10 hours of usage. This characteristic is typical of Ni-MH batteries and does not indicate a fault with the batteries or the charger.

Does it support charging the Elite Strap?

The USB-C female port on the USB-C adapter supports charging output, but whether it can charge the Elite Strap depends on the Elite Strap itself. You can give it a try.

Does it support charging the Quest 3 with an Elite Strap or Halo Strap?

Yes, but this dock is only compatible with PrismXR Controller Grips and does not support grips from other brands.

Does the dock support charging the battery of an Elite Strap or Halo Strap?

1. Make sure the silver part of the rechargeable Ni-MH AA batteries facing upward to make contact with the contacts on the provided battery cover.
Note: Please use the provided battery cover.
2. Please try placing the battery in another controller to see if it charges properly.
3. The silver part of the battery may have dirt or debris. Please wipe it with a dry cloth to see if it works.

How long does it take to fully charge the Quest 3S headset?

Charging the Quest 3S headset will take approximately 2 hours to reach full battery capacity.

How long does it take to fully charge the controllers?

Charging the controller will take approximately 6 hours to reach full battery capacity.

How to clean the product?

Wipe with a clean, non-abrasive, lint-free cloth.
