The wrist strap of the controller grips may interfere with the headset's face cover. Please press the headset manually to ensure proper charging.
1. Make sure the silver part of the rechargeable Ni-MH AA batteries facing upward to make contact with the contacts on the controller grips.
Note: Please use the rechargeable Ni-MH AA batteries provided by PrismXR.
2. Please try placing the battery in another controller to see if it charges properly.
3. The silver part of the battery may have dirt or debris. Please wipe it with a dry cloth to see if it works.
No, the PrismXR controller grips are only compatible with PrismXR charging docks for Quest 3 or Quest 3S.
You can use the controller grips directly, but if you want to charge the controller while using the controller grips, you will need to use the PrismXR Dock. The controller grips do not have a built-in battery, but you can replace the the battery cover provided in the dock with the controller grips. By using the batteries included in the dock's packaging, you can charge the batteries through the controller grips.
Please clean the surface of the product with a damp cloth or alcohol. You can also remove the wrist strap and wash it with water using the following method:
1. Remove the wrist straps from left or right controller grips.
2. Hand wash the wrist straps in clean water (you can use laundry detergent if needed).
3. Allow the two wrist straps to air dry naturally (do not wring them by hand).
4. Put them back after they are fully dry.
